Someone is diagnosed with diabetes in the UK every two minutes. Your passion and commitment help us to provide support, research new treatments, work to prevent Type 2 diabetes, and fight for better care for the millions of people living with all types of diabetes in the UK. With your help, one day, we’ll find a cure.

Please complete these details to help us to identify you on our database so we can make sure we update your preferences correctly.

Updating the way we get in touch

We’d love to keep you updated on how we support people living with diabetes and how you can help, but we understand you may not always want to hear from us.

We ask you to tell us personal information about your diabetes so that we can make sure the role is right for you. We promise to store it securely for up to three months and keep it confidential.  Without your agreement, we are unable to act on your request to apply for the National Diabetes Audit advisory groups.

Sometimes we may analyse your data and use data from other sources to tailor our communications to you and to understand our supporters better.

We can also use your data to deliver information we think is relevant to other people with similar interests and characteristics to you via Facebook.

Facebook can also show content from us when you use other websites based on your online activity. You can stop this by changing your Facebook privacy settings
